Day 27 – Inspired By Artwork

I am really proud of this look. It was inspired by this artwork.

I was looking through a book of art, and when I saw this I knew I had to do it. It is simple, but also really cool.

Since I still don’t have a normal yellow polish, I decided to used the opposites of the original colors. For the white base, I used two coats of Maybelline’s Porcelain Party. The colors are Essie’s Playdate, Sally Hansen Complete Manicure’s Fired Up, and Love & Beauty’s Minty Fresh Breath. After I had the white on, I just took a fine point sharpie and drew on some lines:

I didn’t want to go immediately to polish, so I drew the lines on. After I had done all of those, I just picked random boxes and filled them in with a color using a tooth pick. After the colors where dry, I went in with a black nail art pen and filled in a box and drew the lines. I even did my right hand!
